Skylavione, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the Company. No refunds will be given for partial subscription periods.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
Our Service may allow you to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit content ("User Content"). By providing any User Content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.

The fitness and training content provided by Skylavione is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Company does not guarantee specific results from using our training programs, and individual results may vary.
